While Supplies Last
Because our products rely on locally sourced fabrics and are produced in small batches, all items are while supplies last. Inventory shifts based on the authentic materials available in the markets. Some fabrics return, but many are limited and not guaranteed to restock. If you see a favorite, we recommend grabbing it while it is in stock. We do our best to restock customer favorites. When you purchase and tell us what you love, our team in Ghana looks for the highest-quality Ankara fabrics with those designs in mind. Sometimes we find them again. Sometimes they are truly one of a kind. Your purchase also helps support local artisans, families, and small vendors in Ghana. Your piece is intentional and thoughtfully produced from start to finish.
Care & Longevity
To help your piece last, we recommend gentle washing and air drying whenever possible.
Our Promise
Your piece will always carry the intention, story, and quality that Rooted Threads is known for.

Rooted Threads Color & Pattern Guide
How our color names work
Our products are handmade in small batches using authentic, high-quality fabrics sourced directly from local vendors in Ghana. Our team in Ghana carefully selects each fabric to ensure it is genuine, culturally rooted, and crafted to last.
Because every piece is artisan-made, each one carries its own personality, texture, and pattern placement. Instead of naming every individual print, we group fabrics into color families so you can choose the overall look and vibe you prefer.
When you see names like:
-
Black
-
Orange
-
Green
-
Purple
-
Pink
-
Multi-Color Pattern
-
Multi-Color Splash
you are choosing the primary color story, not an identical duplicate of the sample swatch. Your item will stay true to that color family, though pattern placement and shading may vary from piece to piece. That uniqueness is part of the beauty of handmade work.
Product photos and fabric swatches are shown as examples of each color family and may not reflect the exact pattern placement of the piece you receive. If you ever have questions before ordering, we are always happy to help you choose.
At Rooted Threads, we honor this legacy by sourcing authentic African fabrics and working closely with our team in Ghana to use them with intention and care.
